Overview
The Pulse is a single vial blend of two growth hormone secretagogues, CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin, that work through two complementary pathways to prompt the body’s own release of growth hormone. CJC-1295 is a synthetic analog of growth hormone releasing hormone, modified for a longer and more sustained signal. The pairing is one of the most studied combinations in growth hormone axis research.
What it combines and why
CJC-1295 acts on the growth hormone releasing hormone receptor in the pituitary to amplify the natural release signal in a sustained way, while Ipamorelin acts on the separate ghrelin receptor to trigger a cleaner, sharper pulse of growth hormone. Research pairs them because one provides a steady background signal and the other a sharp pulse, in effect opening two different doors to the same gland at once. The idea studied is whether the two pathways together produce a fuller pulsatile release than either alone, while still working with the body’s natural rhythm.
